What we collect, why, and what we never do.

The short version

Sosa Research operates by introduction only. We do not run advertising, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics on this site. The only data we collect is what you give us directly through the contact form.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, organization, and message you provide. We do not ask for, and the form does not collect, sensitive personal information.

Like any web server, our hosting provider records standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for the operation and security of the site. These logs are retained on a short rolling window by the provider and are not used for profiling.

How we use it

Inquiries submitted through the contact form are used to respond to you. We respond to inquiries that arrive through trusted channels or established relationships. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact data with third parties.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set tracking cookies. The only browser storage used is a small entry in your browser's local storage that remembers your light or dark theme preference. It is never sent to a server and never associated with you.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Contact form submissions are processed by Sosa Research and stored in the infrastructure we operate. We choose providers that meet standard data-protection practices.

Retention

Contact records are retained for the duration of any active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the relationship resumes. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page will change with it. Material changes will be noted here.
